Application Information

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

Applications will only be accepted within 2 months of the test closing date.

Applications after the closing date will only be accepted as online applications.

Your application must be accompanied by 2 recent signed passport photos, a photocopy of your passport and the test fee of 108 Pounds.

4.
The 2 signed passport photos must meet the requirements described on the Candidate Photographs requirements page.

5.
Cheques are payable to "Richard Language College". Payments may also be accepted in cash or by card. (Credit card payments attract a 3 pound surcharge)

Application Form - all fields must be completed. Address for Correspondence - this should be your U.K. address.

7.
Only ORIGINAL passports, U.K. police registration documents and E.U. national identity cards (in Roman script) with a photo and signature are acceptable (I.S.I.C. cards, student identity cards, driving licences or bank cards will NOT be accepted).

YOU MUST PROVIDE THE SAME IDENTIFICATION ON THE DAY OF THE TEST.

IF YOU NEED TO SEND YOUR PASSPORT AWAY FOR RENEWAL OR VISA EXTENSION, PLEASE BRING IT TO THE IELTS OFFICE FIRST.

A "Test Confirmation letter" will be sent to you about 10 days before the test date. This will give you details of your test. You will be given your interview time on the day of the test. Although interviews will normally be on the same day as the other parts of the test, they may be within 7 days before or after the published date (written papers date).

This is at the Centre's discretion.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are available for the interview the Centre has schedule.

If you have applied online you will receive automated emails regarding your application. We shall send you another email/letter detailing your test venues and test times.
